> Dogs rehomed Goldie & Honey Goldie & Honey were rehomed in December 2002. We were seeking donations for Goldie, a female lhasa apso aged 5 years whose eyes were in poor condition after being starved. She has a condition called dry eye & is very emaciated. Goldie needed eye medicine called Optimmune, which is costly & we asked for donations to the rescue. Donations currently received £20.00 BACKGROUND: Goldie was brought in with her sister, Honey. Their previous owner
was elderly & unable to cope with them after her husband passed away. Honey
has a condition called cherry eye - no medication is required, it just doesn't
look very nice. Both girls will eventually be rehomed - but only when they have got to a normal weight & been assessed. However, they will be separated as they fight. We can't really indicate their personalities at the moment as they are so subdued whilst recovering from being starved. Optimmune
costs £30 + VAT per 2mg tube. |
