LHASA APSO BREED CLUB RESCUE COORDINATORS - UK

These breed clubs are coordinated by volunteers - most do not have facilities to take dogs in, but coordinate potential owners with dogs that require new homes.
Please contact your region's rescue below to be placed on their waiting list & please send a donation if you can, it will be very much appreciated.

Please think carefully about where you get your dog from:
Unfortunately, many dogs are advertised for money, rather than given to rescue.
This is likely to result in dogs being passed from owner to owner, because they are not 'matched' with the right type of owner or environment.

Please discourage this practice wherever possible & ask why they haven't contacted their rescue.

Finding a dog through rescue significantly reduces the problem of dogs being passed on again & again.
